Orders

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once you have placed an order, it cannot be cancelled. After you receive your order, you may return any unwanted items following the Return Policy.

I received a damaged item. What do I do?

We want you to be happy with your order. If you received an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us at customerservice@exquirofulfillment.com. Include your name, the order number, and as much information as you can about the damage. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Sorry, we do not accept phone orders, checks by mail or through payment sites such as PayPal.

Is my personal account information safe?

Yes. We value credit card security and have taken precautions to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and securely. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that protects your credit card information. SSL encrypts all ordering information (name, address, credit card number) so no one can read it as it travels over the Internet. The encrypted data goes to a secure site where your information is stored on restricted-access computers located at restricted-access sites.

What is your privacy policy?

Identifying information is only collected on registration pages, feedback pages, or order forms. In addition, information is collected in certain portions of sites in which visitors specifically and knowingly provide such information along with orders, suggestions, and feedback. We may use such information for editorial and feedback purposes to the extent that is explained when visitors provide the information. We do not provide any personal, corporate, or organizational identifying information, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose. We will not sell, lease, give or lend email addresses of individuals or lists of email addresses on our server to any third party for any purpose. Visitors' email addresses are never posted on this or any other web sites.

Blio eBooks

What is a Blio eBook?

Blio eBooks are specially formatted eBooks, to be used with the Blio eReading app, that excel at presenting full-color books. Blio eBooks and the eReading app are accessible to visually impaired readers.

How do I buy a Blio eBook from the Bookstore?

Find the eBook of your choice, then click the "Buy Now" button on the product page. Enter your credit card information to complete your purchase. Your new eBook will be waiting for you in your Blio eReader Library.

If you haven’t already created an account at this Bookstore, you will be asked to do so before you can complete your purchase. NOTE: You must use the same username and password for your Bookstore account as for your Blio eReader account in order for your eBooks to appear in your library.

Do I need a special device to read my Blio eBook?

No. You can download the free Blio eReader application to any PC, iPhone/iPad and Android device and read.

How do I read a Blio eBook?

First, buy or download a free Blio eBook.
Second, open the Blio eReader and download your Blio eBook into your Library.
Third, click the book cover to open and read the book.

The eBooks I have purchased do not appear in my Library. What can I do?

Are you signed in to your Blio account?

From within the Blio eReader app, if you see a welcome screen you need to sign in.

If you are not signed in to your eReader account, click the "Sign In" button. Log in or create a new eReader account using the same username and password you used on the Bookstore website to purchase your books.

When you have confirmed that you are signed in, check that your username and password are the same username and password you used on the Bookstore website to purchase your eBook. They must be identical for your eBooks to appear in your library

How can I get help with downloading or reading my Blio eBooks?

Be sure you are connected to the web. From within the eReader, click the setting gear icon next to the word "Library", click the "Help" link, then click "? Support." You will be taken to a support center where you can search for help or contact a representative.

I can’t log into my account. What can I do?

From within the eReader, click the "Sign In" button. Click the "Forgot Your Password?" link to have your password sent to your email address.

From the Bookstore website, click "Sign In" and enter your email address under "Forgot Your Password?" to have your password sent to your email address.

How often can I download a Blio eBook?

Based on our Digital Rights Management (DRM) agreements, you may download a Blio eBook from your Bookstore account on up to 5 devices.

DRM, or Digital Rights Management, is required by publishers to ensure that a specific copy of an eBook is owned by one owner and is not shared illegally. This ensures that copyright laws are respected and that authors and publishers are fairly compensated.

If I use another Blio-based eReader app, will my previously purchased books be available in my eReader library?

Yes, if you use the same username and password for your Blio eReader as you have used for other Blio eReader apps, your previous purchases will appear in your library. If you do not see your title than go to the options and click "Book Purchases."

ePub and PDF eBooks

What are ePub and PDF eBooks?

These are two standard formats of eBooks that can be read on many of the most popular eReaders and eReading apps, including:

  • Nook
  • Kobo
  • Google Play
  • iBooks
  • Sony Readers
  • All Adobe DRM-based readers

The ePub format is excellent for text-heavy reading. You can adjust text sizes and flow settings to your preferences. This format renders well on both large and small screen sizes.

The PDF format is excellent for heavily illustrated or designed books, such as cookbooks, travel guides, and the like. PDF eBooks read and display just like their print counterparts, and are best viewed on mid- to large-sized screens. You cannot adjust text and flow settings in PDF eBooks.

How do I buy ePub and PDF eBooks?

Buying ePub and PDF eBooks is a two-part process: purchasing the eBook and relating your purchase to the eReading app or device of your choice.

First, find the eBook you wish to buy. Click "Buy Now" to begin the simple checkout process, and follow the instructions. That completes your purchase. If it is your first purchase from this Bookstore, you will be asked to create an account.

Second, to download and access your eBooks, you need an Adobe ID. If you don't have one already, create an Adobe ID, which you will use to relate your purchases to the eReader or app of your choice.

If you use an eReading app, your eBook will now be waiting in your library.

If you use an eReader device such as a Nook, Kobo, or Sony Reader, you will also need the Adobe Digital Editions software. If you haven't already, download the free software. Then, follow the device instructions for syncing and downloading content.

No. At this time our eBooks are not available to be read on a Kindle.

How do I know what type of eBook I purchased?

If you purchased an ePub or PDF, a download link will appear in the confirmation e-mail for you to download the title.If a Blio title is purchased, there will be no download link in the e-mail. You must have the Blio software and a Blio account to access the title.

I bought a PDF and cannot read it. What can I do?

A standard Adobe PDF reader will not work. This is because the reader has no way of handling the DRM that is integrated into the book. You would need to get a reader that will support DRM. If you are using a mobile device then we recommend axisReader, Bluefire or the Datalogics reader.On a desktop, the best reader to use would be Adobe Digital Editions. It has DRM support and is integrated with our system.
